SUKAHAN (Weifang) Bio-technology Co., Ltd. is an Australia owned enterprise, registered in Weifang High & New Technology Development Zone of Shandong Province on 18^th February, 2004 and the legal representative is Australian Chinese David Weihua HAN. Our company has listed in Frankfurt in German successfully in December, 2009, which is a high & new technology enterprise recognized by Shandong Science and Technology Bureau, advanced enterprise of scientific and technological by Weifang High & New Technology Development Zone, advanced enterprise in introducing foreign intelligence by Weifang Personnel Office, credit and member enterprise by Shandong Credit System, the best credit integrity client by Banking Industry Association in Weifang. With patent number ZL2005 1 0135862.6, our company hold the patent of technology for improving pulp bleaching, which won scientific-technological achievements appraisal by National Environmental Protection on 9^th April, 2009 and filled up a technical blank in the fields of paper making at domestic. With USD2.2 million total investment and USD 1.58 million registered capital, SUKAHAN (Weifang) Bio-technology Co., Ltd. covers 20,000 square meters, and the items that engaged in are the key investment project in Weifang, which also undertake key items of investment projects of Weifang.

Founded in 1992 in Australia, SUKAHAN (Weifang) Co., Ltd. participate in the promotion and application of high-tech products, which made great contribution in exchanging of technical personnel, promoting of technology and bringing in shortage of resources between Australia and our country. SUKAHAN (Beijing) Bio- products Co., Ltd. was founded in April, 2002, which the business contains the industry of biological enzyme for paper making, wood pulp for paper making and wastewater treatment. SUKAHAN (Weifang) Bio-technology Co., Ltd. was founded in February, 2002, which engaged in research and development of high-tech biological enzyme with international advanced level as well as fields of new biological energy. The business of our company has already throughout all the country, which created huge benefits to our society besides enterprise and made outstanding contributions to energy economy and environmental protection.

B. Specialists at home and abroad

Our company invited more than 20 senior experts who are involved in researching biological enzyme from Australia, Philippins etc. to take charge of research and development as well as manufacture of biological enzyme of our company. There are 5 Biology Doctors, 6 Biochemical Master and others are major in biology with bachelor degree.

The strength of technical research is tremendous as there are 6 senior engineers in experimental workshop in our company, 2 people with National Science and Technology Progress and 10 engineers. Science and research center relies on strong colleges at home and abroad and technical research institutes, which include Asian pure secco bio-engineering Co., Ltd., American bio-engineering Co., Ltd., Bio-clean Bio-technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Light Industry Fermentation Design Research Institute, Shandong Papermaking Research Design Institute etc.. Meanwhile, our company often makes exchanges with colleges and science and research institute at home and abroad regularly.

Our company has a special research and development institutions, that is, research center, which is a high level science and research & development team involved in developing biological strains and biological enzyme with advanced and complete experimental equipment with reasonable personnel structure, technical complementation, rich experience and winning through tackle. The center has strong ability of independent innovation and development, which engages in international advanced level of biological products to high-end market of biological fields at home and abroad. Meanwhile, there are sterilization room, table concentrator room, bacterium operating room, transgenic chamber and biochemistry chamber for our specialists to research and develop kinds of strains through checkout, classification and mutation. In pilot production workshop, there are international standard line for sterile air production, biological enzyme production and fermentation, liquid filtration, liquid concentration, vacuum drying and package. Our products have already passed KOSHER certification.

The main products researched and developed by our company are as follows:

1.     Enzyme preparation for pulp and paper making, which includes 7 kinds of products:

a) AU-PE89 Xylanase for improved bleaching of paper pulps；

b) AU-PEA550 Starch conversion agent；

c) AU-MTPE90 Special enzyme for chemi-machanical pulp and long fiber pulp；

d) SKHZYE-TPE90 Special enzyme for tissue paper;

e）SKHZYE-OCE90 Special enzyme for paperboard;

f）SKHZYE-DPE91 Special enzyme for deink of office paper;

g）SKHZYE-DGM93 Special enzyme for adhesive removal;

AU-PE89 Xylanase for improved bleaching of paper pulps is biological agent for bleaching and yield through degrade xylanase to removes some of the re-precipitated xylan, opens up the pulp matrix, release of soluble lignin, which allows bleaching chemicals to penetrate more effectively to improve bleach ability of the pulp with resulting reduction in usage of bleaching chemicals. Meanwhile, the products can reduce organic chloride in wastewater to reduce the cost in chemical bleaching agent to improve production capacity and brightness of paper pulp, reduce the content of COD, BOD and wastewater load of the wastewater, which is a first new kind of environmental protection products that is widely used in tens of famous paper making factory as it can reduce the production cost, improve product quality and reduce pollution for our clients.

2.     Biological preparation for garbage and wastewater treatment, which includes 5 kinds of products:

a)    Special bacteria for refuse landfill

SKHZYE-MW011 special bacteria for garbage treatment, which can be used for garbage reduction, deodorization and inhibiting the generation of harmful microorganisms such as other pathogens in municipal solid waste landfill, can also be used to treat leachate generated in the process of garbage treatment and reduce the concentration of BOD, COD, ammonia, phosphate, nitrite and surfactant to reduce the production cost. Also, it can produce biological fertilizer according to use organic garbage.

SUKAClean O/C contains a blend of bacteria and enzymes, which can be used in reducing the odor that caused by degrading the organic waste materials in kitchen, pipeline in toilet, drainage ditch.

SUKAClean GR/C grease degradation agent

SUKAClean GR/C contains a blend of bacteria and activity enzymes, which can be used in degrading grease to eliminate the blocking that caused by the grease of the kitchen, dine-hall, hotel and meat packing house.

SUKAClean S/T deodorization agent in septic tank

SUKAClean S/T contains a blend of bacteria and activity enzymes, which can be used in supplements microorganisms killed by all kinds of chemicals that can degrade organic materials in septic tank systems to reduce the feces and odor.

SUKAClean T/C cleaning agent in toilet

SUKAClean T/C contains a blend of bacteria and activity enzymes, which can be used to eliminate the pipeline blocking and odor caused by organic materials in toilet.

SUKAClean DR/C piping cleaner

SUKAClean DR/C pipeline cleaner is natural cleaner which can be used in high pressure jet wash machine and pipe cleaning machine to shorten the cleaning time and the cleaning power in cleaning grease so as to keep pipeline system far away from pollution. This product can emulsify and deliquescent adipose, oil, grease and other mélange in pipeline to shorten the spray time of spray machine and cleaning time of cables as well as wash the drainage pipe to eliminate odor, which can be used in the pipelines of hotel, apartment, hospital, laundries and shopping center.

3.     Biological enzyme preparation

This series of products include acid cellulose, medium amylase, high temperature amylase, high convert glucoamylase, xylanase, βglucanase, phytase, pectinase and mannose that can be used in industrial and agricultural to save energy, protect environment, reduce production cost and improve production capacity.

4.     Animal feed additive, which includes 8 kinds of products that are microorganism preparation without transgenosis ingredients.

Microbial enzymes can improve the nutrition digestion absorption of livestock to increase the rate of animal feed. The adding of ingredients of feed additive has elastic to reduce the production cost and pollutions to environment as well as outlet of urine, which contains phosphate, nitrogen and ammoniate. The products can improve the beneficial micro groups of intestinal canal, release the phosphorus of feed additive and reduce the drainage of waste that containing phosphorus to the environment.

6.     Biological preparation for aquaculture

There are 3 series of products contains 10 kinds of products, which can be applied in cultivating diatoms, hidden algae and rotifer in aquaculture to promote the breeding of beneficial algae and microorganism as well as provide good quality fresh baits for aquaculture. Meanwhile, the products can degrade the harmful materials such as ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and hydrogensulphide, can maintain the balance of bacteria and algae to keep good aquaculture environment, which can be applied all kinds of fishpond and shrimp pond that deeply loved by aquatic breeding farmers.
